呦...我给大家讲一个不算是特别有趣的故事
Well, I gonna tell you a story which isn’t so funny.
是我小时候干得一件可憨的事

It’s a dumb thing I did in my childhood.
恩，我记（得）应该是二（le）年级的时候
Yea, I remember, around the time when I was in second grade
老师选拨我去参加奥数比赛
I was selected to take part in a Olympic math  competition.
然后 参加之前 班主任跟我说
Before I left, the office director told me
好好考试，放轻松，如果有不会的话，呃...
"take the exam well, relax a little. If you run into anything you can’t do...
不用太紧张，跳过都中啦，不要写都中啦
不用，不用太紧张，跳过都中啦，不要写都中啦。
dont, don’t get too nervous. It’s fine if you skip questions. If you don’t fill out answers that's fine too."
然后我都谨尊师命，考试的时候我发现可多题我都不会，然后都跳过

So I listened to her. During the test I found that I couldn’t answer a good number of questions, so I skipped them
然后...然后我把我会的题都写完之后，我都一直在纠结

And then...after I finished all that I could do, I was at a loss...
那不会的题我到底是应该写还是不写哩？老师不是说不会的题都跳过....【采访者】：恩

纠结了可长时间，我想还是跳过吧，然后我都没有写完我都交了

I wracked my brain for quite a long time, thinking that skipping was probably what I should do. Afterward, I turned in all the questions that I hadn’t answered.
我记得我去交的时候
I remember.. when I was turning them in
那，我是第二个交的，前头站我，站我前头的那个同学，
hmm I was the second person to turn in their answers. The student in front of me..
用一种可诧异的眼神看着我，因为他可能么想到，居然，我在他

Afterwards I got embarrassed, I really didn’t know what to say!

不是啊这是河南话只不过是只流行于豫北而已，比较小众

笔录有误：“我啥时候”改为“不算是”。另外，因为对外交流沟通的原因，各县区口音有差异（甚至一个县区内，也有南北差异）。焦作地区方言越靠近山区的（焦作北部地区：博爱、沁阳等地区），因为对外沟通和交流不方便的原因，语调中保留了更多原始的口音。
