吾来（勒）话话海门个特产，
Ng le wowo Haemeng ge deqceaan.
Let’s talk about the specialties in Haimen
海门个羊
Haemeng ge yang.
The mutton from Haimen
非常好吃
Fizraan hoa qieq.
are delicious
羊肉来列全中国都是有名个
Yangnjuoq leqleq jieen zonggueq si youming ge.
(Haimen’s) mutton is famous throughout China
今年头个羊
Jingnjieendeu ge yang,
This year’s goats
要卖到15块左右
yoa ma doa soa’n kue zuyou.
can fetch about 15yuan (per jin)
伊到上海卖卖去，这羊杀特
Yi doa Saanhae mama ki, gi yang saqteq.
To sell the goat in Shanghai, we kill it,
这只羊肉要卖到三十几块一斤
Geqzeq yangnjuoq yoa ma doa seenzreq ji kue yiq jing.
and that should fetch about 30 yuan per jin
个落，海门人以养羊
So people in Haimen raise goats
作为副业。
as a side profession
Uh... for the elderly, basically those between 60 to 70, all stay at home,
raise goats, 
farm (vegetables),
to exchange for rice and oil
They live very fulfilling lives
And they also run around to different homes (in the village)
乃末，东家有何事体末，侪要去，西家有何事体末，也要侪要去
If someone in the East meets some problems, everyone goes; someone in the West meets problems, everyone also goes
开心，日脚过得慢开心
Happy.. people live very happily
其就是农村个生活！
This is life in the village!
