吾呐,是江苏海门人,今朝头呐,想脱大家讲讲吾俚葛墩箇美食。
第一种就是最有名箇海门山羊肉,海门箇山羊呐,应该是质量非常好箇。
乃末,吾俚葛墩厨师箇技术呢,应该也是一流箇,咯咾话非常箇有名,非常箇好吃。
像吾俚勒到屋里呐,就可以帮生箇葛种山羊肉拿到饭店里向。
让厨师加工加工,吾俚再拿回转喫,冬天喫一锅山羊肉,尔就弗会得感觉冷特。
第二种想要介绍箇呐,就是芋艿(读nina),或者话是香芋。
香芋箇味道比较像板栗,但是比板栗还要软点。
香芋有交关种烧法,香芋炖肉,香芋炖鸡。
香芋烧茶干,还有吾最喜欢箇清蒸芋艿。
吾俚葛墩有个乡叫万年,万年箇香沙芋呐,是最好箇香芋。
第三种想要介绍箇呐,是萝卜饼。吾箇高中是勒海门中学上箇。
吾俚高中后头呢,有条小吃街,葛墩有蛋饼啊,萝卜饼啊,还有(竹筒,待确认)箇粽子。
弗像吾乃来勒到北方上大学,拓是(thohzy,全部)烤冷面,(素作饼?待确认),煎饼果子葛种挺子。
吾还是觉得吾俚家乡箇小吃比较好喫,萝卜饼是油炸箇,
有点油,但是还是非常香箇。大家如果有机会到海门来白相箇话法
吾推荐尔特可以到海门中学后头葛墩去喫喫吾俚葛墩特色箇小吃。
第四种想要介绍箇是蛎蚜饼。吾俚葛墩有个乡叫东灶港。
旁边就是海,葛墩箇海鲜非常箇好喫。葛墩还有座山,叫蛎蚜山。
吾也弗晓得蛎蚜饼脱勒蛎蚜山还有何关系。
蛎蚜饼是绿颜色箇,特别香,呒得藕饼恁油。
大家可以去尝尝。实际上,吾俚葛墩箇小吃还有交关。
像芝麻馅箇汤圆啊,元宵节喫箇,还有河蟹。
还有一种叫甜芦稷,芦稷呐,就是像小点箇细点箇甘蔗。
但是比甘蔗喫出来要方便点,甘蔗葛种箇汁
淌出来就比较烦。还有呐,叫云片糕。
云片糕呐,就是别人家婚礼浪脱特喜糖放特一淘喫箇。
我呢,是江苏海门人,今天呢,想和大家讲讲我们那里家乡的美食。
第一种呢就是最有名的海门山羊肉,海门的山羊呢,应该是质量非常好的。
那么,我们那里厨师的技术呢,应该也是一流的,所以说非常的有名,非常的好吃。
像我们在家里呢,就可以将生的这种山羊肉拿到饭店里去。
请厨师加工(成熟食),我们再拿回家吃。冬天吃了(一锅)山羊肉,你就不会感觉寒冷了。
第二种想要介绍的呢,就是芋艿,或者说是香芋。
香芋的味道比较像板栗,但是比板栗还要柔软些。
香(沙)芋有很多种烧(烹饪)法,香(沙)芋炖肉、香(沙)芋炖鸡。
香芋烧豆腐干,还有我最喜欢的清蒸芋艿。
我们这里有个乡叫万年,万年的香沙芋呢,是最好的香芋
第三种想要介绍的呢,是萝卜饼。我的高中是在海门中学上的
我们高中的后面呢,有条小吃街,那里有蛋饼啊,萝卜饼啊,还有竹筒(装的)的粽子
不像我(来到/刚来?)北方上大学,全都是烤冷面、手抓饼、煎饼果子的(亭子?摊位?)
我还是觉得我们家乡的小吃比较好吃,萝卜饼是油炸的
有点儿油,但还是非常香的。大家如果有机会到海门来玩儿的话呢
我推荐你们可以到海门中学后面(那儿)去吃吃我们这里特色的小吃。
第四种想要介绍的是蛎蚜饼。我们这里有个乡叫东灶港,
旁边就是海,这里的海鲜非常的好吃。这里还有座山,叫蛎蚜山,
我也不知道蛎蚜饼和蛎蚜山有什么关系。
蛎蚜饼是绿色的,特别香,没有藕饼那么油,
大家可以去尝尝。实际上,我们这里的小吃还有很多,
像芝麻馅的汤圆啊,元宵节吃的,还有河蟹。
还有一种叫甜芦稷(上海和启东好像叫甜芦粟),芦稷呢,就是像小点的细点的甘蔗,
但是比甘蔗吃起来要方便点,甘蔗的汁呢,
淌出来就比较烦。还有呢,叫云片糕,
云片糕呢,就是别人家婚礼上和喜糖放在一起吃的。

Naimeh, Ngli kehten dzysy geh jízeh neh, inkai yâzy iehlieu geh, kehlau wó fidzan geh yêumin, fidzan geh hâuchieh.
Zhiân Ngli leh uehli neh, zeu khû´i paon saongeh kehtzon saeyannioh nhautáu váetié lîshian.
Nián dzysy ciakon ciakon, Nguli tzái nhau weitzôe chih. Tonthie chieh iehku saeyannioh, ng zeu fehwéiteh kiêcioh lân deh.
Dinitzon shiân iáu ciázau geh neh, zeuzy nina, wehtzeh wó zy shianyí.
Shianyí geh mídáu pîciáu zhiân pâelih, dáezy pî pâelih aiiáu niôe tiê.
Shianyí yêu ciaukuae tzôn saufah, shianyí ténnioh, shianyí ténci.
Shianyí-sau-dzokoe, aiyêu Ng tzéi shîhoe geh chintzen nina.
Ngli kehten yêu geh shian ciáu Váenie, Váenie geh shiansoyí neh, zy tzéi hâu geh shianyí.
Disaetzôn shiân iáu ciázau geh neh, zy lubopîn. Ng geh kautzon zy leh haimen tzonghoh zâon geh.
Ngli kautzon gheudeu neh, yêu diau shiâuchieh-ka, kehten yêu dóepîn a, lubopîn a, aiyêu XXX geh tzontzy.
Fehzhiân Ng nai lehtáu pohfaon zâon daghoh, thohzy kâulenmie, sutzohpîn, ciepînkutzy kehtzôn thintzy.
Ng aizy ciohtheh Ngli ciashian geh shiânchieh pîciáu hâuchih. Lubopîn zy yeutzó geh,
yêutiê yeu, dáezy aizy fidzan shian geh. Dáka lukû yêu ciwéi táu haimen lai behshian geh wófah,
Ng theicié Ndeh khûí táu haimen tzonghoh ghêudeu kehten khí chiehchieh Ngli kehten dehseh geh shiâuchieh.
Disytzôn shiân iáu ciázau geh zy linga-pî. Ngli kehten yêu geh shian ciáu tontzáukâon.
Baonpie zeuzy hâi, kehten geh hâishie fidzan hâuchih. Kehten aiyêu zû sae, ciáu linga-sae.
Ng yâ fiauteh linga-pîn thehleh linga-sae aiyêu há kuaeshí.
Linga-pîn zy loh-ngaeseh geh, dehbieh shian, nteh ngêupîn nen yeu.
Dáka khuí khí zaonzaon. Zehcílaon, Ngli kehten geh shiâuchieh aiyêu ciaukuae.
Zhiân tzymo zhié geh thaonyeu a, yeushiaucieh chieh geh, aiyêu ghuhâ.
Aiyêu iehtzôn ciáu dielucí. Lucí neh, zeuzy zhiân shiâutiê geh shítiê geh kietzau.
Dáezy pî kietzau chieh tsehlai iáu faonbié tiê, kietzau kehtzôn geh tzeh
thâon tsehlai zeu pîciau vae. Aiyêu neh, ciáu yinpiékau.
Yinpiékau neh, zeuzy behninka huenli-laon thehdeh shîdaon fáon deh iehdau chieh geh.
I am from Haimen, Jiangsu. Today, Id like to talk about the gastronomy here.
The first one to mention is the famous Haimen goat. The quality of the goats in Haimen is pretty good.
well, our cooks are also prestigious. That‘s why Haimen goat is very famous and very delicious.
If we want to dine at home, we can bring uncooked goat to the restaurants,
The cooks will take care of that and we can have a great meal back home. In winter, a wok of goat meat will keep you away from the cold.
The second eating that Id like to present is a local yum-like product called Nina, or you can call it Shianyi.
Shianyi tastes like chestnuts, but still softer than the chestnuts.
There are a lot of recipes about the shianyu. Simmered pork & shianyi, simmered chicken & shianyu
Shianyi cooked with hard tofu and one of my favorite: steamed Nina.
In my hometown, there is a township called Vaenie. There they produce a kind of shianyi called shiansoyi and that is the best.
The third that Id like to present is daikon pancake. I had my high school in Haimen Middle School.
Behind the school, there is a street full of small eatings. There is egg pancake, daikon pancake and also tzonzy (sticky ricedumplings).
They are quite different from where I have my university now: cold noodle, vegie pancake, chinese style crepe and so on.
I still think that the eatings at my hometown are tastier. Daikon pancake is fried,
a bit greesy, but smells so good. If you guys ever have a chance to come to visit Haimen,
I recommend you to have some specialty snacks of Haimen behind the Haimen Middle School.
The fourth one that I would like to present is the linga pancake. We have a township called Tontzau port.
It is on the seaside. They have very good seafood. There is also a mountain (hill) called Linga Hill.
I am not sure if there is any relationship between linga pancake and linga hill.
Linga pancake is green and smells very good. However, it is less greesy than the lotus root cake.
You can try that. In fact, we have many more eatings.
For example, rice balls filled with sesame paste which are eaten on the day of lantern festival. There is also a fresh-water-crab.
We have a kind of fruit called sweet luci (sugar sorghum). Luci is similar to sugar cane, but smaller and thinner.
But it is easier to eat compared with sugar cane because the juice of the sugar cane
can be everywhere. What‘s more, there is a cake called yinphie (another kind of cake made from rice).
Yinphie cake is used in marriages together with happiness candies.

鼓励鼓励。。。不错的海门音。在北方上学那就更容易被同化一些。有几个字值得商榷。汁 tzeh (读tzy的时候一般在汁水的时候读)。其他还有馅 应该是浊音,而不是shie.
