吾来讲讲吾俚小haiti（壗底）个故事。小辰光住特农村里向，

箇辰光空气也好,水也干净。大家侪勒自家泯沟里向汏菜汏衣裳，

箇辰光弗讲究环境保护勒弗保护，侪呒得箇只意识。

白（孛）相箇物事也少忒星（兴），跑跑邻舍，东家屋里，西家屋里。

厌气向箇辰光，脱队(农村行政单位)里别箇小倌四辣里绕特去。

年纪大箇呐，日里向田里做做，下昼星（心）困（睏）一忽(寣），

下半天呒得事体做呐，就台浪一坐，来来笃子胡。

笃子胡，据说是南通地区特有箇，12张（话错脱勒）128张牌，一拢总4个人，

三个人勒打牌箇辰光，还有个人休息，也叫信（相）家。

后来社会进步，压力挺子侪来特，想想小倌头子辰光，还是蛮快活箇。

我来说说我小时候的故事。我小的时候住在农村，

那个时候空气很好,水也干净。大家都在自家的水渠里面洗菜洗衣服，

那个时候不注意保护环境，都没有这种意识。

能玩的东西也少，走亲串邻

厌倦的时候，和队(农村行政单位)里别的小孩到处乱转。

年纪大的呢，白天地里干活，中午睡一觉

下午没有事情做，就做在桌上玩笃子胡

笃子胡，据说是南通地区独有的，12张（说错了）128张牌，一共4人（玩），

三个人打牌的时候另一个人休息，也叫省（看）家

后来社会进步了，压力什么的都来了，想想小时候的时光，还是很快乐的。

Tohtzyghu, císoh zy nethon díchi deh yêu geh, 12 tzan (wó-tso-theh-deh) 128 tzan ba, iehlontzôn 4 geh nin,

Sae geh nin leh tânba geh zenkuan, aiyêu geh nin shieushieh, yá ciáu shînka.

Ghêulai zoewéi cínbú, ahlieh-thintzy zai lai deh, shiânshiân shiâukue-deutzy zenkuan, aizy mae khaweh geh.

Id talk about a story when I was very young. I was living in the countryside when I was young.

At that time, air quality was good, water was clear. Everybody rinsed their food and cleaned their clothes in their own ponds.

At that time, no one took care of the environment protection as no one had this awareness.

Few toys or recreational stuff at the time, only thing that I could do was to visit my neighbors here and there.

When I was bored, I went everywhere (doing nothing) with other kids in my neighborhood.

Adults worked in the fields in the daytime and took a nap at the noon.

If there was nothing to do in the afternoon, they would play tohtzyghu (a card game) on a table.

Tohtzyghu is said to be unique in Nantong area with (wrong number of 12 cards)128 cards and played by 4 people.

While three people playing the cards, one person takes a rest, which is called ‘shinka.

Later, the society progressed and after that all pressures came along. When I think about my childhood time, it was a happy time.
