在𠊎做細人仔个時節,

有盡多摎阿公共下做過个事情

像有摎阿公共下去看平安戲

共下做伴出門去喪家扌帣手

對田肚摎阿公共下種蕃薯藤

冬下時陂塘旱水,在陂塘拈魚腳、

蝦公、田螺、螺貝仔、蜆仔，歸家人共下割禾蒔田…..等等。

這兜事情想起來,感覺著

亻厓个童年生活情形,係非常有價值又快樂个。

當承蒙阿公，從細仔對亻厓做人做事个用心栽培教育。

佢會用客家語唸漢書分亻厓聽;

教亻厓兜寫字愛坐正來、看書頭那毋好覆等在桌頂;

用筆畫人公仔分亻厓看;

佢正...亻厓正愛讀小學个時節,佢用自行車載亻厓去上學堂。

阿公一生人斯盡勞碌閒毋下來。

當記得有一擺啊,

用自行車載穀去礱間舂米,

舂好米愛轉到半路頭个時節,

嗄分車仔磨著就發生車禍?

當時阿公講:佢有跌倒,

身體个外皮cu3到馬路出血,

歸家人仰般勸佢去醫院做檢查，佢就毋去,

還講這無麼个關係!斯係小可受傷定定,

自家膏藥仔就做得了。毋過,

在亻厓心肝肚盡毋盼得，看著阿公受傷。

阿公有一垤心愛个果園,

有種過芎蕉、葡萄、甘蔗、朳仔樹。

種朳仔樹係亻厓兜恁多細人仔,(有

阿哥、阿姊、老妹、摎亻厓) ,

跈阿公共下去花錢摎人買轉來種,

大家用肩頭扌亥,該舞到大家个肩頭啊!又酸軟又痛,

斯係會喊毋敢!

想想，阿公个年齡有七十歲了,

還扌亥比大家還較多頭个朳仔樹,

佢腳又行比大家遽,

逐个細人仔乜追毋著阿公个腳步!

阿公最好个興趣係看客家大戲,

逐年个正月摎八月做平安戲，

佢一定會渡亻厓共下去看。

阿公在戲棚前認真看鬧熱个戲,

亻厓俚細人仔就會摎阿公做嬌(sai53 嬭) ,

目金金仔緊看佢,

阿公笑瞇瞇仔，斯會對褲袋肚摟出幾隻銀角仔,

分亻厓買仙楂糖食，地豆糖。

這係阿公最慈祥个一面,乜係亻厓最暢个時節。

雖然,阿公在亻厓小學四年生就來過身忒了

毋過,想著頭擺摎阿公共下做過个種種事情

點點滴滴，斯記在亻厓个心肝肚,

就會感受著，阿公對亻厓个相惜摎愛。

亻厓祝福阿公，在另外一隻世界中,

過了平安又快樂。

当我是小孩子的时候

有許多和祖父一起做過的事情。

像有和祖父共同去看平安戲(客家大戲)

一起作伴出門去喪家幫忙，

在田裡和祖父一起種蕃薯藤、

冬天的時候陂塘把水抽乾，在池塘拾撿剩下未捕到的魚、

蝦子、田螺、螺貝、蛤蜊，全家人一起割稻子插秧苗.....等等。

這些事情想起來，感覺到

我的童年生活情形,是非常有價值又快樂的。

很謝謝祖父，從小對我做人做事的用心栽培教育。

他會用客家語唸漢書給我聽;

交我們寫字要姿勢坐正來、看書頭部不要趴在桌上;

用筆畫人給我看;

他正...我正要讀小學的時候，他用腳踏車載我去上學堂。

祖父一輩子都很勞碌命，閒不下來。

很記得有一次啊，

用自行車載穀子去碾米廠舂米,

舂好米要回到半路上的時候,

結果被車子摩擦到，就發生車禍?

當時祖父說:他有跌倒，

身體的外皮挫著馬路而出血,

全家人無論如何勸他去醫院做檢查，他就是不肯去，

還講這沒有甚麼關係，就是稍微受傷而已，

自己擦藥就可以了。不過,

在我心中很不捨得，看到祖父受傷。

祖父有一塊心愛的果園，

有種過香蕉、葡萄、甘蔗、番石榴樹。

種番石榴樹，是我們這麼多小孩，(有

哥哥、姊姊、妹妹、和我)，

跟著祖父共同去花錢將人買回來種，

大家用肩膀挑，弄到大家的肩頭啊!又酸又痛，

就會喊不敢!

想一想，祖父的年齡有七十歲了,

還挑比大家還多的番石榴樹，

他腳又走比大家快,

每一個小孩也追不到祖父的腳步!

祖父最喜歡的興趣是看客家大戲,

每一年的一月和八月做平安戲，

他一定會帶我一起去看。

祖父在戲棚前認真看熱鬧的演戲，

我們孩童就會和祖父撒嬌，

眼巴巴的一直看著他，

祖父笑咪咪的，就會從口袋裡掏出幾個銅板，

給我買仙楂糖吃，花生糖。

這是祖父最慈祥的一面,也是我最高興的時候。

雖然,祖父在我小學四年級就往生了,

不過,想到以前和祖父共同做過的很多事情,

點點滴滴，就記在我內心理，

就會感受到，祖父對我的疼惜和愛護。

我祝福祖父，在另外一個世界中，

過得平安又快樂。

When I was a child

I've done many things together with my father's father

To go see the Hakka play "Pin'on Hi" with my grandfather

I would accompany him when visiting families in morning and lend a hand

I would plant yams in the field with him.

In the winter when the water level was low in the pond, we'd catch fish by their fins with our bare hands

Shrimp, snail, snails, clams, the whole family together to cut the rice seedlings inserted ..... and so on.

These things think, feel

My childhood situation, is very valuable and happy .

現在廣東省的地理環境，人口變遷快速而有所改變，所以原先海豐陸豐的客家話，是被周邊強勢語言慢慢同化。在台灣雲林縣和彰化縣的詔安客家話，很明顯就被閩南語同化稱福佬客，祖先原是客家人卻說閩南話。所以語言是會有所變化的。
